9/11, A New Hope, and a Few Tips on How to Strategize Your Own Home Using Spiritual Weapons

I want to remind everyone that 9/11 left a gaping hole in many of us, and for some the nightmare has never ended because we can no longer hold that sweet daughter, or precious son, or kiss our spouse goodnight, ever again. It was a horrible, terrible attack on us which should have never transpired. Our president went on a seek and destroy mission and actually succeeded.

This is good.

The most it can bring to us, is some sort of feeling of Justice. The new objective, however is not to celebrate so openly, but to exercise wisdom because the enemy never sleeps. We should be on our guard now ever more because we never know who was following that Loon. This doesn’t mean get paranoid, but  to get wisdom and strength from our Lord God by putting on the full armor of God as described to us in Ephesians 6:11.

Here is a possible agenda to employ in your homes.

  • Make time for one another. Commemorate and love on one another while still here. If you are a busy person, make plans to spend time on the weekend/or a free day with your spouse and kids.
  • Keep updated on world news. This affects all of us. If you are not into the news because it is “so depressing” you’d better start now so you can know what to anticipate, prepare for and pray for.
  • Spend time with God. This is mandatory and its a delight for your own soul. If you have not been spending time with the Lord lately, shouldn’t you give Him a call already? Reading your bible, saying a prayer daily, and meditating on Him will keep your spirit aglow.
  • Have you done something for your community? Do not wait for disaster to happen. There is a neighbor right now in your community who can’t afford food or drinking water, or who needs help with walking around the house or who simply needs a friend. Be a friend now. Why wait?

So far this is the only homeland strategy we could come up with and we  will try to implement these in our own home as well.

Stay Blessed and Peace Always.
